The earth of the Inca days was Huacaypata (the place of tears) and Cusipata (the place of happiness), divided by a channel of the Saphi River. Today Cusipata is Plaza Regocijo and Huacaypata is the Plaza de Armas, around which are colonial arcades and churches such as the 17th-century baroque Cathedral with his solid silver high altar; The first Christian church in Cusco El Triunfo; La Compañia de Jesus a twin-towered church; La Merced and his jewelled monstrance; San Francisco, an austere church reflecting many indigenous influences.
Many colonial buildings are today museums, they contains precolumbian collections, colonial paintings and funiture, textiles, ceramics, metalwork, jewerly, architecture and technology that shows the evolution of Peruvian culture.

We will pick up our passengers from their hotels at 8:00 AM, after which we will start our journey by walking. We will start our tour at The Catedral then will visit El Triunfo, La Merced and San Francisco churches, the interior of all these churches are rich in fine mural paintings and carved altars that will be well explained by our guides.
Then will visit the Religious Art Museum, the Regional Hystory Museum and Museo Inca, the collections they contains are very studied by our guides will provide you a virtual travel from pre-Inca times to the present day. The end of our services is around 1:00PM.
