Mountain bike Yuncaypata Cusco day 1: Cusco - Huayllarcocha - Yuncaypata – Cusco
Pick up from your hotel at 8:00 a.m. We will leave Cusco for Huayllarcocha lagoon through the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman and Qenqo. If the weather is clear to the south, our highland route offers a breathtaking view of the sacred mountain Ausangate. After receiving all your safety equipment (gloves, elbow and knee pads, helmet, goggles, and windbreaker) and safety instructions, you will test out our mountain bike (Kona Stinky Six, full suspension).
We'll start the mountain biking tour to Yuncaypata, passing the ruins of Sacsaywaman and Qenqo along the way. We’ll continue along the road south-east towards the district of San Sebastián, enjoying the commanding southward views. Our route takes us past one more archeological site: Rumiwasi. Our adventure will finish in the Qarigrande neighborhood in San Sebastián, from where we’ll return you to your hotel.
